I'm looking for an experienced creative producer to help bring entertaining, story-driven YouTube videos to life. I'm looking for someone who can take an idea and help turn it into a complete video—from developing the concept and planning the shoot to working with the team through production and editing. Responsibilities: Develop engaging video concepts, challenges, and storylines. Help shape the hook, structure, and key moments of each video. Plan shoots, schedules, locations, and production logistics. Coordinate with the creator, videographer, editor, and other collaborators. Provide creative feedback throughout production and editing. Help bring ideas to life within an agreed-upon budget. Requirements: Previous experience producing long-form YouTube videos, with examples of your work. A strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and what keeps viewers engaged. Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in person in Los Angeles when needed. Hours and project scope will be agreed upon before each video.
