I'm an actor in NYC preparing for an upcoming film role that requires significant weight gain. I'm looking for a personal trainer or nutrition coach who can help me put on size in a healthy, deliberate, and realistic way over the next few months. I'm currently 5'5 180 pounds. Im not sure how many pounds i need to gain, its more about the look im trying to achieve. This isn't a typical fitness job. My goal is to gain fat and mass, not lose it.
