We are seeking a highly organized and efficient assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the live event production process and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling digital correspondence. - Assist with the planning and execution of events and other productions, including vendor management, logistics, and budgeting. - Prepare and distribute call sheets, event documents, such as itineraries, schedules, and reports. - Manage the travel arrangements and basic on site needs. - Provide general office support, such as answering phones, taking messages. Qualifications: (1) year of experience in any of the following fields: commercial productions, stage work, event rentals, event planning, PA's, event design, audio visual rentals or support.
