Description: We're a high-end, invite-only finance + lifestyle content house in Los Angeles working with A-list talent, sponsors, and top creators. We're looking for a grounded, detail-oriented House Manager / Operations Lead to help keep the space running smoothly and maintain our brand's standard of excellence. This is not an influencer position — it's a management and coordination role for someone who thrives on structure, logistics, and organization in a creative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Manage daily house operations: scheduling, logistics, cleanliness, vendor coordination Maintain the "camera-ready" standard of the house (lighting, props, décor) Coordinate guests and short-term residents: approvals, NDAs, check-in/out Track brand deals and content deliverables using shared Notion/Airtable Oversee event setup, sponsor activations, and live-stream production days Handle communication between founders, residents, and sponsors Create weekly operations reports and assist with budgeting / reimbursements Enforce house rules, protect the vibe, and mediate small conflicts professionally Ideal Candidate: Calm, polished, and assertive — able to manage creative personalities with grace Excellent communication and organization skills Hospitality, production, or executive-assistant background preferred Comfortable working around cameras, creators, and luxury environments Tech-savvy (Google Drive, Notion, Slack, basic social media awareness) Has own transportation and flexible availability for occasional weekends / events Schedule & Compensation: Part-time to start (approx. 25–30 hrs/week) with potential to grow into a full-time management role Competitive compensation based on experience Occasional weekends or events as needed Option for on-site housing or housing credit negotiable To Apply: Please email: Resume (or LinkedIn profile) Short note on your experience managing creative people or operations 2–3 sentences on why you'd be a great fit for a high-end content house Subject line: "House Manager – [Your Name]"
