Digital Marketing Collaborator — South Bay Video Marketing Agency Into the Lens Media is a South Bay based video marketing agency focused on helping local businesses grow through cinematic content and paid advertising campaigns. We're building something real and looking for a motivated digital marketing collaborator to grow with us. What you'll be doing Helping build and monitor paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta. Assisting with social media management and content scheduling. Supporting campaign reporting and performance tracking. Learning real world digital marketing by doing it alongside an experienced production team. What we're looking for Someone studying or recently graduated in marketing, digital media, or a related field. Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising. Self motivated, reliable, and hungry to build real experience. We are a creative agency at our core. We are looking for someone who has a creative side, a creative flair, or familiarity with video production and content creation. You don't have to be a filmmaker but you have to appreciate the craft and understand why quality storytelling matters in marketing. We are looking for someone based in the South Bay or adjacent areas. Local candidates preferred as we plan to meet in person as part of our selection process.
