Attention Local Service Business Owner: Are you tired of hiring marketing "experts" who ...promise you the world and absolutely under-deliver? Tired of paying marketers who get zero results? Are you sick of marketers cold calling you ...because they don't know how else to get your attention? (That's a red flag!) Could you use CONSISTENT, PREDICTABLE LEADS coming in month after month? If you answered "YES" to any of these questions, then I can help! Hello, my name is Dale. Over a decade ago, I made a terrible mistake! I hired a marketing expert to promote my new website. Then, I hired a completely different marketer ...to promote my new YouTube channel. A short time later, my website was removed from Google for ...shady link-building tactics and my YouTube channel ...was shut down a few days later for the same reason. I hired others and continued to get the same results. That experience was an absolute waste of time and money! This sent me down a rabbit hole of learning ...how to get exposure, conversions, and leads for myself. Now I offer digital marketing and SEO services to other ...local business owners, and I am dangerously good! Most folks go from loving me to yelling at me …to turn it all off because they are booked …weeks in advance. (Seriously?! Turn it all off?!) A few years ago, I had a client who was almost in tears. He was about to close his doors after 30 years in business. His biggest concern was having to search for a job …while being over 60 years of age. I asked him, "What kind of business do you have?" He started listing off 30 different things that he did …from upholstery to bathroom remodels. Then I asked him, "If you could do one thing all day, every day, what would it be?" He quickly replied, "kitchen cabinets!" I responded, "I am going to make you the #1 Kitchen Cabinet Co ...in Austin, Texas". Long story short… I built him a high-converting website, optimized it with On-Page SEO, I built backlinks pointing to his new site, and within a few weeks he was ranked #2 in Austin. Before running ads or setting up social media profiles, he got picked up by a Home Builder …who hired him to install 50 new kitchens. He, too, had me turn everything off. I believe the reason why I've had so much success is …because most marketers aren't actually good. (That's why they're cold calling you!!!) The truth is that most of them only know one skill. For example, a web designer doesn't know how to embed SEO into the site …so that it ranks organically for hundreds of keywords. The SEO guy doesn't know how to write compelling sales copy …to entice a perfect stranger to want to do business with you. The Google Ads expert, Facebook Ads expert, or copywriter …will only know that one skill (and they're not even good at that). I spent tens of thousands of dollars learning from the best …in the world in each of these areas. I have mastered them all. This has given me the ability to …walk into just about any market and take it over (from out of nowhere). It's like wielding all 5 Infinity Stones. Right now, I work with a general contractor in a competitive market. When he reached out to me over a year ago, he told me ...that things were worse than they were in 2008. Now he gets on average 3 to 10 calls per day. That's around 100 to 150 calls per month. Plus, most of these calls are for big-ticket renovations. In the past week and a half, he has built a new deck, completely renovated a kitchen, and today he is working on a roofing project. Right now, he is overwhelmed with calls. He doesn't even want to answer his phone. In the past two months, I have had to ask him to ...clear his voicemail box (twice) because it was full. Here's my Insane Offer to any serious local business (or marketing agency) owner. I will teach you EVERYTHING …our entire game plan, all of our strategies …our techniques, systems, vendors--all of it! I will pull back the curtain and record everything. I am willing to hand you my secret sauce …on a silver platter. Others only know pieces of the puzzle, but I have the entire roadmap. Here's your chance to get it all! Interested? If so, then check out my personal website: InstantMarketShare.com Once there, you will find all the details and pricing. If you need leads and want to hit the ground running, then this is for you! But hey, no pressure. I look forward to hearing from you! Until then, I hope you have a very blessed rest of your day! --Dale P.S. I've successfully helped electricians, roofers, general contractors, plastering companies, landscapers, auto repair centers, private investigators, cleaning companies, kitchen remodelers, a siding company, MedSpas, and so much more. I even once put a dog trainer, in a small market, on the path to making $300k a year after working with me for just two months. Whose next? P.P.S. Right now I am swallowing up huge market share while everyone else is distracted with A.I. My strategies work, AI helps it to work better, and I am even ranking #1 in Google AI results. P.P.P.S. Please forgive me for all of this text below. My competitors do this, and unfortunately it still works. ------------------------------------------------------------ Keywords Dale, is, awesome, just, kidding, a ad add advanced advertising affordable agencies agency ahrefs ai amazon analysis analytics and angular app arabic atoz attorney automotive b2b backlink backlinko basic beginners best bing black boosting brand bright browser budget business businesses buzz ca campaigns canadian certified cheap click companies company complete consultant consultants consultancy content contractors corporate cost coursera cpc crawl custom dental dentists design digit digital discover django doing dummies e ebay ecommerce effective en engine engines erank estate ethical etsy evaluating expert experts faceted featured find firm firms fiverr for found free get global gmb godaddy good google guaranteed hat help high higher homepage hotels houston html hyper in increase indian intent international internet is it je keyword keywords label landing leading linked linkedin listing local localized long looking made magento management maps marin marketing me medical meta mobile monthly most moz my natural near need new no o off offpage offsite on one ongoing online onsite optimisation optimalisation optimiser optimization optimizatiojn optimized optimizer optimizing organic our outsource outsourcing package packages page paid pay per phoenix placement places plumbers positioning presence price pricing product professional professionals promotion proposal provider quote rank ranking rankings react real recommendations reddit requires reseller results retail richmond robots sandbox sea search searches secrets sem seo seomeaning seoranker seotrust serp service services shopify short simple site snippet social solution solutions specialist specialists specialization squarespace sta startups submit tag tags tail tgo the title to top tracker txt understanding us use using video voice vue warwick way web webpage website websites white with wix words wordpress workbook working world you your accessible adi adobe advanced affordable agency agencies alexa amazing american and amp analytics apple application art atoz award awwwards b2b bakery banner basic beautiful beginners bespoke best black book brand brandon brutalist builder builders build building business businesses buy cake canva card carousel cheap clean cms code colorful com company companies consultant construction content cool corporate cost coursera creative css cssdesignawards custom customer day dental designer designers designing designs dev developer developers development digital digitalmarketing direct directly directness dribbble drupal duckett dynamic e easy ecommerce element email entry event expert famous figma find firm firms fitness flash flexbox food footer for free freelance front fruit full fullstack godaddy good google graphic graphics great growth SaaS headers header healthcare homepage home hotel html html5 hvac iconic image images in interactive interface internet it japanese key landing language layout learn layouting letter lime links local logo logotype lorie low magento maker makers marketing medical minimalist mobile mockup mockups modern most multimedia my name names near needs new ngo non off office offer official officialsite one online organic our own package packages page pages paid performance personal photoshop php photos picture pictures portfolio pricing price prices product products professional project projects publishing quoted quote real realtor redesign reddit responsive restaurant reviews saas school search section seo service services shopify showit simple site siteinspire sites small smith software solution solutions square squarespace static studio style styles sustainable system tags templates text theme themeforest tools top ucraft udemy ui unique upwork user ux value vectors view views web webdesign webdesigners webdesigner webdesigning webdev webdeveloper webdevelopment webflow webmaster webpage webpages website websites weebly whmcs white width win wireframe wireframing wix wordpress worst www xara xd zauca Disclaimer: We do not guarantee that you will make money, increase your revenue, grow your business, or achieve any particular level of success by using the strategies, information, website or through our services.
