Foam Sculptor / Creature Fabricator (Freelance) Giant Crow Head Prop Woodland Hills, CA We're looking for an experienced foam sculptor or creature fabricator to help complete a large-scale custom prop for an upcoming production. The project is already well underway. The basic shape has been roughed out—we're now looking for someone with an artistic eye to take it to the finish line by refining the details and creating a realistic, menacing final look. The Project We're building a giant crow head that will ultimately be mounted on a custom backdrop with oversized wings. The finished piece will feature: LED illuminated eyes Smoke effect from the mouth (remote activated) Matte black textured paint finish Highly detailed feather sculpting Dramatic, intimidating appearance Think: Haunted attraction quality Theme park quality Movie prop quality Creature effects What We Need We're looking for someone who has experience with: Foam carving Creature sculpting Monster or animal fabrication Scenic fabrication Theme park props Haunted house props Cosplay fabrication Film or television props Latex, epoxy, fiberglass, or foam finishing (a plus) The rough carving is complete. We're looking for someone to: Refine the anatomy Carve realistic feather texture Improve the eyes and brow Add surface detail Prepare the piece for paint If you also paint and finish your own work, that's a huge bonus.
