**Freelance Social Media Content Producer & Manager — Creative Product Brand (Los Angeles)** Misfitable is a Los Angeles-based design brand creating artistic, functional folding tables for creative and unconventional spaces. We already have a professional brand strategy in place and are looking for a hands-on freelance Social Media Content Producer & Manager who can translate that strategy into consistent, visually engaging content. This is a hybrid creative and management role. You should be comfortable planning content, shooting in person, editing short-form videos, writing captions, and managing the posting schedule. **Responsibilities:** * Create a monthly content calendar based on our existing brand strategy * Develop weekly content ideas, concepts, hooks, and shot lists * Attend scheduled content shoots in Los Angeles * Shoot product, process, lifestyle, and founder-led content * Edit Instagram Reels, TikToks, photos, and other short-form content * Write on-brand captions and prepare posts * Schedule and publish content consistently * Maintain a cohesive visual identity and brand voice * Track basic performance and recommend adjustments * Communicate clearly and keep the content workflow organized **Ideal candidate:** * Based in Los Angeles and available for in-person shoots * Strong short-form video shooting and editing skills * Experience with art, design, fashion, interiors, lifestyle, or product brands * Able to follow an established brand strategy while contributing creative ideas * Organized, reliable, collaborative, and self-directed * Comfortable working with a founder and a small creative team * Has their own phone, camera, lighting, or basic content-production equipment This will begin as a freelance, part-time position with the potential to become an ongoing role. We can organize production around one or two batch-shoot days per month, followed by remote editing, scheduling, and account management. Compensation: $800–$1,000 monthly, depending on experience and the agreed deliverables. This will begin with a one-month paid trial.
