A busy film and television talent agency, located in Vancouver, is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and professional individual to join our team as a Front Desk Administrator. This full-time position is ideal for someone with at least one year of office or front-desk experience and an interest in working within the entertainment industry. Key Responsibilities • Managing the day-to-day front desk operations, including: o Handling incoming calls and enquiries o Greeting guests and clients o Maintaining an organized reception area o Assisting clients collecting payment and helping process commissions • Maintaining office supply inventory and placing orders as needed • Maintaining accounts payable procedures • Coordinating with off-site IT support to resolve technical issues • Creating and maintaining client resumes including online profiles • Assisting with editing and submitting client audition tapes and demos to casting within deadlines • Managing actor submission process in coordination with agents and prospective clients • Other administrative duties as required Ideal Candidate: • Minimum one-year experience in a front-desk or reception role • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 • Exceptional telephone etiquette • Adaptability to new systems and software • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills • Maturity and discretion with sensitive and confidential information • Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically and problem solve • Recognizes the importance of first impressions and helps ensure the agency's image is consistently professional, creative, and welcoming • Previous experience in the arts (administrative or otherwise) is an asset, but not essential Office Hours & Rate of Pay: Mondays to Fridays 10am-6pm $25 per hour plus Medical/Dental benefits following 3 months of employment **Due to conflict of interest regarding sensitivity of information, we are unable to extend employment to people engaged as actors**
