Independent narrative short film A TEST OF FAITH is seeking an experienced Gaffer for an upcoming Los Angeles production. The film is a dramatic psychological thriller and will require a cinematic, naturalistic lighting approach across residential interiors, industrial interiors, and exterior/night sequences. We are looking for someone comfortable working closely with the Director and DP to execute a planned visual style efficiently on an independent production. Responsibilities include: lighting execution with DP, interior/exterior lighting, practicals, shaping/control, power distribution, and coordinating with grip/electric. Experience with narrative filmmaking strongly preferred.
