ProX Live Performance Gear (XStatic Pro Inc.) is a manufacturer and supplier of professional DJ, pro audio, video production, and live performance gear, distributing to major retailers across North America. Established in 1984 and based in Staten Island, NY, our team is made up of entertainment industry professionals with decades of product knowledge and hands-on experience. ProX specializes in production and DJ road cases along with live performance gear accessories. We are a family at ProX and want to add the right person who can bring value to our company and help us fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate fashion. Position Summary We are hiring an Order Processor / Shipping Coordinator to join our team. This is an in-office position (not warehouse-based) focused on processing customer and dealer orders, generating shipping labels, and coordinating domestic shipments including LTL freight. Responsibilities Process daily customer and dealer orders accurately and on time Match customer orders to our software and prepare them for shipping Process customer Purchase Orders for timely fulfillment Generate domestic shipping and receiving rate quotes Prepare shipping documentation, print labels, and verify all required paperwork Book and coordinate LTL freight shipments via pallets and skids Operate FedEx Ship Manager, UPS, and USPS shipping platforms Follow up on shipping damage claims through to resolution Maintain organized shipping records and tracking documentation Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal team members as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Highly accurate data entry skills Computer skills including QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel required Familiarity with FedEx Ship Manager, UPS, and USPS shipping platforms Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with sharp attention to detail Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for working with all levels of management and staff Team player who can also work independently and take initiative when needed while helping other team members Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Positive attitude Familiarity with DJ, production, A/V tech, or audio engineering equipment is a plus How to Apply Please submit your resume through Craigslist.
