Hi All, We are a Local Independent Film Festival and we are in need of an event photographer our event is being held Nov-11-16, 2025 in the evening from 7pm-1am in North Hollywood/Burbank. We will need Someone Nov 11,Nov16 , Possibly adding 1 more shorter night Nov 13 or Nov 14, 2025. Event Photographer: We will need of an Indoor/Outdoor Step and Repeat/Event Photographer. Specializing in Evening events would be great. We Need a Night Shoot Event expert. Flash Photography and Only Ambient Lighting Available for this event We have 2 locations one is a Large Screening Theater and the other is a Small Playhouse Theater We have rented a theater to take over for the night and there will be food and drinks at this event. We're hoping to hear from local area photographers so commute is short. To be considered please send us a facebook, instagram or website link with your event photography. It's a fun event and we play lots Sci-Fi, Horror, and Art Films. You will be able to catch some of the show. Our event Runs Nov 11, 12 at The Large Theater where we do step and repeat , in North Hollywood. Second location On Nov 16, 2025 Small Play house Theater in Burbank. We would need coverage for about 5 hours From 7:00pm to 12:30am We will need some Photos by the next afternoon for social media posting. Med budget for 2-3 nights is $400-500 (We can negotiate), Mileage for locals,Dinner, Fest T-Shirt, and 2 festival passes for friends that would like to attend a film festival and meet some up and coming filmmakers and local celebs.
