Who I Am: An independent filmmaker looking to work on a horror feature that I hope to shoot on a shoestring budget and eventually produce and sell. However, I'm having some writer's block and realize that I need a creative partner to bounce ideas off of and work on a script with. Who You Are: Someone I can gel with and is open to exploring taboo concepts and subject matter through the lens of horror and has a good understanding of films and what works and doesn't. You're also easy to get along with and not upset if your ideas are pushed against but also can push back and defend them or be open to changing them if you're convinced accordingly. Also, if you know how screenwriting and dialogue works is good. What This Is NOT: This is not a paid job. I am not established in the industry or have a lot of spending money to pay for an apprentice. This is not a guaranteed entry into the industry. This is not something that will be guaranteed to make you famous. What This Is: Hopefully a fun project that, if it works, we meet up every 1-2 weeks and have productive screenwriting sessions and hopefully cobble something together that'll be fun to watch.
