ABOUT ARCHIVE RESERVE, LLC: Archive Reserve, LLC is a premier, rapidly scaling strategic luxury asset management and upscale consignment firm based in West Hollywood. My company authenticates and globally liquidates elite high-end designer apparel, fine jewelry/timepieces, and authentic, screen-used Hollywood movie and television props. THE ROLE: I am seeking an exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and highly trustworthy local Operations Assistant to work directly on-site at my West Hollywood private condo office suite. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain deep, hands-on experience inside the luxury e-commerce and high-value archival industry. You will be the vital boots-on-the-ground support helping me keep inventory immaculate while coordinating seamlessly with my global remote listing and bookkeeping teams. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: • Inventory Control: Sort, clear, and systematically catalog ultra-luxury apparel, fine jewelry, books, and footwear from premier houses such as HERMÈS, CHANEL, TIFFANY & CO., LOUS VUITTON, TASCHEN, and VAN CLEEF & ARPELS, alongside high-value Hollywood entertainment props (pieces from Mad Men, Vanilla Sky, etc.). • Studio Photography Staging: Assist with setting up clean, perfectly lit studio product shots for luxury apparel, designer shoes, and rare film memorabilia. • Listing Review & Optimization: Proofread and upgrade listing descriptions generated by our data entry team. You will ensure titles and keywords are strictly optimized to dominate eBay's Cassini search engine algorithms. • Digital Storefront Scaling: Collaborate with my international development team to help audit, organize, and launch my upcoming standalone brand website using pre-designed banners and text assets. • Client Appointment Support: Occasionally accompany me on elite, private inventory collection appointments across West LA and Beverly Hills, projecting a polished, high-end corporate image. REQUIREMENTS: • Must reside locally in or immediately adjacent to West Hollywood/Beverly Hills with reliable transportation. • Strong personal familiarity or background with luxury designer brands, fine apparel handling, or film/television production assets. • Experience with online marketplace structures (eBay, Poshmark, Vestiaire Collective). Knowledge of eBay Cassini SEO is a major plus, but I will train the right person. • Absolute trust and discretion required. Must be comfortable working in a private, residential corporate office environment and handling high-ticket, delicate assets with care. SCHEDULE: Part-time (9 to 12 hours per week). Flexible day shifts (e.g., 3 days a week for 3–4 hours per day). We will work around your class or freelance schedule.
