Work Directly With Entrepreneur, Author & Financial Educator **Location: Woodland Hills, CA | In-Person Position** We are seeking a sharp, energetic and highly organized Marketing & Media Executive Assistan to work directly with an entrepreneur, author, speaker and financial educator. This is NOT a position for someone who simply waits to be told what to do. We are looking for an **implementer**—someone who can hear an idea, organize it into a project, research what is needed, and help take it from concept to completion. WHAT YOU'LL HELP WITH • Social media and digital marketing projects • Organizing and repurposing video content • Creating and posting short-form content • Coordinating marketing campaigns • Assisting with recruiting and promotional events • Researching new marketing opportunities • Working with Canva and/or other content tools • Coordinating photographers, videographers and vendors • Managing project deadlines and follow-ups • Helping organize speaking engagements and appearances • Communicating with business contacts and partners • Assisting with email, scheduling and administrative needs • Turning new ideas into organized action plans • Keeping multiple projects moving without constant supervision WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR You may be a great fit if you are: ✓ Extremely organized ✓ Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms ✓ Familiar with social media ✓ Comfortable working with video and digital content ✓ A strong communicator ✓ Professional in appearance and demeanor ✓ Resourceful—you look for solutions before saying something can't be done ✓ Comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment ✓ Able to prioritize when several ideas are happening at once ✓ Dependable and punctual ✓ Comfortable interacting with executives, business owners and public figures ✓ Someone who takes initiative and follows through Experience with **Canva, CapCut, Adobe, Vizard, OpusClip, CRM systems, email marketing or social media management** is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
