$150 flat · Non-union · 18+ We're making PEEKABOO, an indie dark comedy about a woman who wanders her neighborhood at night looking into strangers' windows. Part of the film is a documentary-style layer: real people in their real homes doing whatever they actually do in the evening, filmed from outside through their own window. Everything is arranged in advance with your full consent. No one is actually being spied on. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Any quirky, harmless evening habit that would look strange or intriguing from the sidewalk. For example: practicing an instrument, a solo dance party, an elaborate skincare routine, a jigsaw puzzle at midnight, a workout, cooking something ambitious, a hobby nobody knows about. Ordinary is great too. All ages (18+), backgrounds, body types, and kinds of homes are welcome. THE DETAILS Evenings of 10/20, 10/22, 10/23 or 10/30, roughly 7–11pm. Plan on about 1.5 hours. A small crew films from outside. You just do your thing. No nudity. Anything private stays out of frame. Everyone visible on camera must be 18+ and sign an appearance release. No minors in frame. Homeowner or leaseholder signs a location release. Your address and house number are never shown or shared.
