Seeking a Video Editor / Social Media Manager for a Psychology Podcaster / Musician. Remote position from wherever your workstation may be. Main focus: Video Editing. Treat/prepare an average of 40 video clips per week for use across social media, consisting of 4 main source content videos followed by 35 shorter alt/repurposed vid clips (5 clips/day x 7 days). Videos must be completed at least 2 days before scheduled posting to allow sufficient time to tweak/edit. Light graphic design: marketing/advertising materials, album cover art, etc. Additional focus: Social Media Management Post content across social media platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Monitor accounts and compile comments/DMs as needed. Email marketing. Content repurposing. Advising and strategy. Familiarity with social media scheduling software such as buffer or hootsuite to ensure posting during high traffic morning, lunch, afternoon/evening, and late night time periods. Livestream Moderation, Tech Support, Troubleshooting: Manage livestream chats and Zoom workshops. Provide Apple/Mac/Misc tech support; troubleshoot equipment. The ideal candidate should have experience with: MacOS, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, OBS and streaming platforms, social media management. Must be highly organized, tech savvy, positive and self-motivated; prompt communication a must. Minimum 2 years industry experience.
