About the company: We are a start-up looking to begin production of small-scale videos for publication on YouTube, social media, and our own website. We will seek to drive online attention to those places in order to monetize them. We have a catalog of short comedy scripts that we seek to produce into short (around 2 minute) videos. You will NOT need any acting experience – we are only looking for short video producers. Your job will be to produce and edit the videos, create a simple website to house them, then post links to YouTube and social media platforms, and collaborate on driving online attention. Any profits generated through online monetization will be split evenly between us (the script writers) and you (the video producer and webmaster). No employees will be allowed to use any type of Artificial Intelligence tools for anything involving this company. Details: • Part-time work producing 20 videos within the first month and then about 3-4 videos per week thereafter • Flexible hours, work from your own space What we provide: • Short comedy scripts (approximately 300 words each) • Possible funding for needed production resources (cameras, lights, green screen effects, video production programs, etc) What you'll do: • Receive short video scripts (around 300 words or so each) • Find relevant online images with open copyright to use within our videos • Produce green screen videos with voice readings of the script • Create a simple website that houses all videos, organized by release date • Post video links to YouTube and social media platforms • Drive attention through YouTube and monetize the YouTube channel • Drive attention through social media to our home website and monetize them You will have: • Reliable work ethic • Willingness to ridicule all major political leaders, parties, ideologies, events, or statements with particular emphasis on corruption, incompetence, racism, and hypocrisy • U.S. citizenship (to ensure you cannot be deported for government criticism) • Professional experience in small-scale video production without Artificial Intelligence • Private space for small-scale video production • Strong knowledge of social media environments and ability to drive online attention • Good collaboration skills, ability to meet reasonable deadlines • Strong sense of organization • General sense of what short news stories look, sound, and feel like Respond to this ad to apply, be sure to include: • One or two sentences that describe why you want to work for this company • List of previous employment in small-scale video production within the past five years • Portfolio or internet links to at least three videos you produced that were at least 2 minutes long • Your general availability (hours per week, days of week, and available start date) • General location (in case we ever want to talk about the project in person) • Workspace stability statement • Resources and cost estimates for what you think you think you will need to get started on production • Your contact information (email and phone number)
