We're looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our online presence, grow our audience, and help our content make waves across platforms. As our Social Media Manager, you'll be the digital voice of our brand — managing day-to-day content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter). You'll also work closely with our production, marketing, and creative teams to support our projects, talent, and releases. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies to support company branding, film/TV releases, behind-the-scenes content, and audience growth - Create and manage content calendars, ensuring alignment with production timelines and marketing campaigns - Coordinate with creative, PR, and production teams to generate compelling visual and video content - Capture on-set or behind-the-scenes moments (as needed) to promote upcoming projects - Monitor and engage with community interactions, comments, and trends in real-time - Track performance metrics and provide monthly reporting on KPIs, insights, and optimization strategies - Collaborate with partners, cast members, and influencers to amplify content and campaigns equirements 2+ years of experience managing social media for entertainment, film, TV, or lifestyle brands - Deep understanding of each major platform's strengths, trends, and audience behavior - Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a creative eye for visual content - Experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut for basic editing - Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines - Bonus: Familiarity with entertainment publicity cycles, media relations, or talent management
