Contract | $500/month | 4–6 short videos/month The BeautyCouncil is looking for a creative, dependable content creator to help bring professional beauty knowledge to life for salon, spa, and barbershop pros across BC. We're seeking someone who can turn simple direction into engaging short-form video content that helps beauty professionals run better businesses, raise industry standards, and thrive in their craft. What You'll Create ✅ 4–6 short, lofi-style videos per month ✅ Straightforward, educational, and engaging content ✅ Topics: business basics, pro standards, client care, professionalism, operations, and industry best practices ❌ No dancing trends, gimmicks, or overly comedic content → Think clear, friendly, credible — not flashy. Videos may be filmed on-site or virtually. You'll collaborate with our team for topic guidance and talking points, then bring them to life in your own authentic, approachable voice. About You We're looking for someone who: • Communicates clearly and confidently on camera • Can simplify business and professional concepts in a friendly way • Understands beauty culture — ideally with salon/spa/barber industry familiarity • Has previous video content experience (please share samples) • Is reliable, creative, and consistent Compensation & Terms • $500/month • Approx. 4–6 videos • Month-to-month contract • Independent contractor role This is an equal opportunity role, and we invite applications from everyone.
