With a reach of over 500,000 dancers each year, we take pride in creating world-class experiences and unforgettable memories for performers and families nationwide. ⸻ Position: Stage Manager (Backstage Crew) We're looking for high-energy, organized, and enthusiastic backstage professionals to join our touring production team. If you love working in live event environments, thrive under pressure, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes — this is the perfect opportunity for you! No two weekends are the same — you'll help bring performances to life and create a seamless experience for dancers and audiences. ⸻ Responsibilities • Load-in and breakdown of event setup (must lift up to 50 lbs) • Lay and secure Marley dance floors • Set up TVs, radios, iPods, and manage the backstage app system • Coordinate performers and manage performance lineups • Maintain positive relationships with studio reps, directors, and clients • Prepare the awards table and assist onstage during presentations • Keep stage and backstage areas clean, safe, and organized • Maintain professional radio communication with team members • Take direction from Event Directors and work collaboratively • Track and report award inventory (incoming & leftover items) ⸻ Qualifications • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure • Creative problem-solving mindset • Team-oriented with strong work ethic • Able to stand for long periods (average 25–40 hours per weekend) • Must be available to travel Thursday–Monday (occasional Wednesday redeye) • Must have a valid government-issued ID or Passport • Must be fully vaccinated or willing to provide weekly negative test results • Experience with youth or live productions a plus • Dance experience helpful but not required ⸻ Compensation DOE: $200 – $1000 per event ⏱️ Hourly: $16 – $18 per hour Season starts: February 2026 ⸻ Ready to Apply?
