We have partnered with recording artist Mic Dreams and Natural Talent Ent on several exciting projects that are currently in development, and we are in the early stages of launching a Nationwide artist recruitment campaign — one of the most ambitious initiatives in TTM's history. This is the ground floor of something big, and we need the right creative team around us to bring it to life. We are looking to fill these roles immediately. Who We're Looking For: Music Producer & Beatmaker We're looking for producers who can create and develop in-house beats and original production for TTM's artist roster. You'll collaborate directly with artists and our A&R team to shape the sonic direction of projects from concept to completion. Whether you're an established producer looking for new placements or a student sharpening your craft, we want to hear your sound. Ideal for: Independent producers, music program students, and beatmakers looking for consistent placement opportunities. Audio Engineer We need a skilled engineer to handle recording, mixing, and mastering for our artist projects and live productions. You'll play a key role in delivering polished, professional sound across everything TTM touches. If you're building your client base or looking for steady studio work, this is a great opportunity to get real credits on real projects. Ideal for: Freelance engineers, audio production graduates, and studio assistants looking to level up. Videographer & Photographer We're looking for a visual storyteller who can produce high-quality photo and video content for artist projects, live events, and promotional campaigns. From music videos to behind-the-scenes content, you'll have the creative freedom to bring TTM's vision to life on screen. Ideal for: Freelance videographers and photographers, film school students, and content creators building their reel. Web & Graphic Artist We need a creative designer to build and maintain TTM's visual brand across our website, digital platforms, and promotional materials. You'll have the opportunity to shape the look and feel of a growing entertainment brand from the ground up — the kind of project that stands out in any portfolio.
