Overview: Our digital marketing agency is seeking a Video Animator / Motion Graphic Designer to support a client project in the healthcare space. The goal is to create clear, modern visuals that explain complex processes (e.g., organ recovery, transport, reporting workflows) through motion graphics, animated diagrams, and short explainer videos. These assets will be used on client websites, social media, and presentations. Responsibilities: * Design and animate short explainer videos (anywhere from 15–90 seconds) to help simplify the client's company or service offering so that a random user can easily understand what they do. * Create motion graphics, GIFs, and animated diagrams for web and digital use. * Collaborate with our team to storyboard concepts based on provided scripts, leadership Q&A, and process documentation. * Deliver assets optimized for both desktop and mobile. * Iterate quickly based on feedback to ensure professional, client-ready results. Qualifications * Proven experience in motion graphics and video animation (portfolio required). * Strong design sense and ability to visualize technical or process-driven content. * Prior experience with healthcare, aviation, or logistics animation a plus but not required. * Ability to meet deadlines and work remotely with agency guidance.
