Job Summary Join a premier NYC wedding photography and videography studio! We are seeking a dynamic Studio Assistant & Wedding Consultant who is half "organized administrator" and half "expert communicator." This role is the heartbeat of our office—you will be the first point of contact for our couples, helping them navigate their vision while ensuring our creative team stays on track. The Role - Wedding Consultant: Meet with excited couples to understand their vision and offer tailored photography and videography packages that fit their needs. - Studio Admin: Manage daily operations, including answering calls, responding to emails, greeting clients, and maintaining organized records of bookings and payments. - Production Support: Review wedding photos and videos for quality and ensure all precious memories are securely backed up and organized. - Team Coordination: Act as the bridge between our clients and our creative team to coordinate timelines, logistics, and vendor contracts. Schedule Requirements - Weekend Availability: Must be available on Saturdays and Sundays. Weekend hours has flexibility.
